The company was established in 2006 by its Managing Director, David Cosway. David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and has over 35 years’ experience in Project Management, Building and Quantity Surveying.

Edifice provides building survey services to clients throughout Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. Surveys are tailored specifically to the needs of both residential and commercial clients.
Property Investment
David Cosway has been assisting clients with their property developments for over 30 years, and so with this experience is able to offer investment partners a safe pair of hands in the planning and delivery of property projects.

The company was established in 2006 by its Managing Director, David Cosway. David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and has gained over 30 years’ experience in a broad range of senior management positions with leading construction and consultancy companies.
David’s specific expertise is in Project and Commercial Management, and Building Surveying with strong, front-end, strategic project management skills and an excellent understanding of project risk. This makes David extremely versatile and gives him a broad perspective on the differing interests within any project or property transaction.
David has also has over 15 years’ experience of undertaking residential and commercial condition surveys and valuations throughout Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex
